As an alternative to the conventional Design & Construction process, I have established TallGrass Custom Homes, an independent Lindal Cedar Homes dealership serving Central and Northwest Iowa.

Lindal has been providing post & beam kit houses, delivered to the building site for over 75 years. Homeowners can choose from standard designs or develop custom designs. The components are delivered to the site and assembled with a local builder who also coordinates sub trades.
